with plums. I have apples to and half a lemon. And of course flour, butter, eggs but no baking soda or milk. But pretty much everything else.
Any ideas?

Eggs can be used as the "rise" factor, so no need for baking soda. You can do a coffeecake with those ingredients. Or what I have in the case now are shortbread bars. Cook the plums with a little sugar & some of the lemon, so it thickens. Make a shortbread crust-bake it. Let it cool, apply the plum jam. Bake a little longer. If you have enough dry ingredients, make a crumble for on top.

In much the way Sweetpea said, if you have oatmeal, you could make a "crisp," with the fruits, a little flour, and some spices of choice.
Also, if you would entertain the notion of making your "baked" dish without flours/grains, you might consider a fruit "compote." I like to use more than two fruits, but plums and apples would work. If you have raisins, you could add them. Bake the fruits, with a little butter, and the spices/herbs that appeal to you. It's lovely, and the house will have a glorious aroma.
Baked apples, by themselves, topped with brown sugar/spice are wonderful. The same might hold true for plums - I've never tried it.
