Moonraker, though seeing it recently it's rather funny, though not Bondish Quantum of Solice, starts good but becomes uninteresting as it goes. Diamonds Are Forever, a rather tiresome plot with a few good action scenes Any of the Pierce Prosnan movies except GoldenEye, because they don't have a charismatic villain. Licence to Kill, Bond isn't Bond when he have to settle a personal score. and then There is offcourse Casino Royale 1967 I'll watch Tomorrow Never Dies solely on the basis of Jonathan Pryce, but it invariably annoys me that an actor as good as he is was so poorly utilized--he should have been amongst the most memorable Bond villains, but he's badly served by an indifferent script. Any of the Brosnan Bonds belong in the bottom five anyway; Brosnan was an unconvincing pretty boy who completely lacked the toughness for the role.
Despite plentiful longueurs and some downright embarrassing bits, I have to admit the '67 Casino Royale does have enough genuine comedy to make me laugh, so I give it a pass--and I sure don't consider it canon anyway.

Quantum of Solace is the only Bond film thats terrible unless you count the '67 Casino Royale. Then that one would be the worst.
