The no-nonsense Judge Carrigan from Jagged Edge.
"I'm telling you now, I see this trial degenerating and I'll hit you like a freight train roaring down the High Sierra! We have a man's life at stake, not careers or headlines."

Judge Weaver (Joseph N. Welch) because in real life, he's the guy that brought down Joe McCarthy and Roy Cohn's (Trump's best friend, lawyer and mentor) 'McCarthy Witch Hunts'.

Judge Doom "Of course not. You lack vision, but I see a place where people get on and off the freeway. On and off, off and on all day, all night. Soon, where Toon Town once stood will be a string of gas stations, inexpensive motels, restaurants that serve rapidly prepared food. Tire salons, automobile dealerships and wonderful, wonderful billboards reaching as far as the eye can see. My God, it'll be beautiful." www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YM0Ln7KgrU

From the "Twilight Zone." The episode is "Obsolete Man," starring a young Burgess Meredith.

He's as evil as you can get, but what gets me is how real and grounded his goal is. In a world where cartoons exist in real life, he's talking about building motels. The sky's the limit on how evil he could be, and he chooses to go the nihilistic route. Truly cold. That whole movie is way smarter than it gets credit for. Doom is one of the best parts.
