Quincy M.E. and Columbo, and Kolchak if they could ever figure out how to throw Carl into the mix. Finally the reporter, the cop and the coroner would all have somebody to talk to.
Jonny Quest and Tintin, think about it, both young guys traveling the world on adventures involving crime, the violence is real, people actually get killed, both have small white dogs that somehow understand English, and both shows always end with everybody laughing.
This would be a TV/movie crossover but, The A-Team and Rambo, especially if it was Rambo II and the fire episode because then there would be 2 Murdocks and 1 Murdock would also be Colonel Briggs hunting the A-Team.

I always thought it would have been funny to see a crossover between Two and a Half Men and Big Bang Theory.

Good point, the A-Team was MacGyvering before MacGyver.

There was the famous crossover that never was made between The X-Files and Picket Fences. Both creators were willing to do it but the studios never approved it. The episode Red Museum from the X-Files is based on ideas from the crossover. Seeing Mulder and Scully visiting Rome, Wisconsin would've been fun.

Huh, a Columbo crossover...
I always had the idea of Murder, She Wrote's Mrs. Fletcher going out to visit one of her innumerable relations in Los Angeles, where (shocker!) she gets involved in a murder investigation being led by none other than Lieutenant Columbo! Columbo's "howcatchem" plot would be intertwined with MSW's "whodunit" because we'd know who the killer is (spoiler: Robert Vaughn, Robert Culp, Jack Cassidy, or Leonard Nimoy), but there would be loads of evidence at the crime scene indicating Mrs. Fletcher, and we wouldn't know who left it there or why.
Columbo doesn't think that Mrs. F did it, but his superiors take the case out of his hands and arrest her--whereupon she hires none other than Perry Mason (Raymond Burr) as her attorney!
Yep.
Yes, I did intend it as a comedy.

A one person crossover. John Larroquette's Emmy winning'Joey Heric' character from The Practice to Boston Legal instead of making JL a different character.
