I think I only lack 3 correct responses:
09. Rupert Everett 17. Cedric Hardwicke 20. Angus MacDonald
.....AND
For anyone finding performers for the following...you would get extra points....If I had points to offer: Henry III Edward III George I
I would have liked to have started with William I, but of the four kings after after Norman Conquest, I could only find two films.
The Norman Kings are: WILLIAM I (The Conqueror) 1066- 1087 WILLIAM II (Rufus) 1087- 1100 HENRY I 1100-1135 STEPHEN 1135-1154

George I again Otto Waldis in THE IRON GLOVE
---------------------------------------------- I like THIS one!! It sounds like a story about a Jacobite who wanted to overthrow the Hanovers and restore the Stuarts to the thrown. This theme of Jacobites comes up in Rob Roy, and Bonnie Prince Charlie too, but in the latter it was about overthrowing George II. Rob RoyI think Montrose (John Hurt) accused Argyll (Andrew Keir) of being a Jacobite. But, alas, no George I appears in the story. However, there is a King George I in the Disney version of Rob Roy, Rob Roy: The Highland Rogue (1953) And the actor for King George I in this movie would be Eric Pohlmann!!!
