Sounds nice and i love The goldbergs as i can relate to the show of being an 80s kid
"Unicorn, mermaid, sorceress, vampire, gargoyle, werewolf, elf...no name you could give her would surprise or frighten me, i love whom i love"-Prince Lir in The Last Unicorn (book and movie).
He is proof Robert is the ONE AND ONLY Freddy Krueger, accept no substitutes

"Movies are the enemy of the novel because they are replacing novels. Novelists shouldnβt write for the movies, unless, of course, they discover theyβre no good at writing novels." - John Irving
Never even heard of the show. I would rather it would be a new film. Still I guess its better than nothing.
I'd rather the film franchise just die already and let it end! no more Elm Street movies already, it's dead. Make new horror franchises already and try to make new horror icons and let the old ones rest in peace.
Goldbergs is an excellent series i recommend.
