As the title says, which MCU movie had the best, most impactful first trailer. We'll include long teasers here as well (i.e. teasers more than 1 minute long that contain a number of legitimate scenes from the movie).
I'd say it's Thor: Ragnarok followed by Avengers. What say you?

Yeah I'd probably agree that it was Thor Ragnarok as well.
But saying that the first Age of Ultron trailer with the Pinocchio music was very good as well.
So one of those two.

Iron Man Three might be my favourite comic book movie, but the trailers were even better because they fit so well with the theme of the movie.

Ragnarok definitely.
A honorable mention goes to Age of Ultron for having a creepy and dark teaser.
Shame that the actual fucking movie was nothing like it.

Between Iron Man (2008), The Avengers (2012), and Guardians of the Galaxy (2014).

Guardians of the Galaxy had a really good first trailer. Before then, people were worried that it may be Marvel's first disappointment given these were unknown superhero characters. When the trailer dropped, all doubts went away, and it made a decades-old song "Hooked on a Feeling" popular again.
Other than that, Thor: Ragnarok, Iron Man 3, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Avengers: Infinity War had some strong first trailers.

Age of Ultron. I will never forget how pumped it got me. I think people have forgotten how great the trailer was because the film itself is seen as a letdown. I still loved the film, and that trailer is one of the best Marvel has ever done. All things considered though, I'd have to say Ragnarok is the best.

I agree on Age of Ultron. It made it look like it was going to be the greatest comic book movie ever made.

Winter Soldier.
Admittally, it comes off to a rocky start but, once it gets going - it never lets go.

The Avengers trailer wasn't bad either.
Loki: How desperate are you that you rely on lost creatures to defend you?
Nick Fury: You have made me very desperate.
