That surprises me. He never struck me as the kind of guy who would take steroids.
I liked him, and the rest of the Bulls, in the 2012-13 season, but he's pretty washed-up, beat-up, and, apparently, juiced-up now. Time to call it a career.

Noah tested positive for an over-the-counter supplement -- Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator LGD-4033 -- that is banned under the NBA's current collective bargaining agreement, but the source told Spears that Noah would not have been penalized under the league's new CBA agreement that is set to begin next season.

I want to preface this by saying I'm a Florida Gators fan. I grew up in Gainesville. I've followed the Gators sports teams all my life. Now, on the subject of Noah. He's always overachieved his natural ability. He has "zero" shooting technique, he was average at best in BBall IQ early as a Freshman at UF. Billy D really maximized his potential. His only gift was being virtually 7 ft tall. So he bought into Billy's "D" philosophy and TEAM mentality. He worked 3x harder than everyone else. So so when he went to the BULLS he put in 3x more work than the other players. He's a scrapper, nothing more. He plays good "D", never relaxes, goes after loose balls on a random November NBA regular season game as hard as an NBA Playoff game in April. He's done. This injury will be the downfall of his NBA career. If he cannot go hard, he has no natural BBall ability to rely on to get by. He's 32, he's got bum legs, he won't be able to out-hustle anymore. That's all he's good at, with strong "D". Al Horford was the only real NBA player on that 2006-07 Gators back to back team. I just wish Centers like Dwight Howard had Noah's heart. If Noah had Howard's natural body/talent with his desire/hustle/heart, we'd have an epic Player. It pisses me off when you see talented players with zero heart, then see players with little natural talent with hearts 3x too big.

How did he somehow forget how to shoot free throws after years in the .725-.750 range?
