I'm a pumpkin fan but only as a decoration and salted seeds, I don't like pumpkin pie, breads, muffins etc. In 2 weeks WKD and I are going to a favorite farm stand to load up on pumpkins to put in our front yard, we get all colors, blue, white, pink, striped, orange, etc.. They last about 6 weeks outside then they start to rot so I throw them in the forest behind my house.

All cats love pumpkin---plain.
I would give my babies plain organic pumpkin puree in a can to help with their fur balls.

I have never had a cat that would eat pumpkin (I tried all kinds), the vets always suggest pumpkin for fur balls . I even bought some cat food that had pumpkin in it and they turned their noses up, I don't remember the brand but it was expensive.

Nope, other than the seeds. I do like some other winter squashes.
I will always pass on pumpkin pie. I hate that Trader Joe's goes full pumpkin for 2 months a year.

Haha, my trashcat will eat pumpkin...and marshmallows...and peas...and chips...and bread...and lunchmeat...and pickles...and cake...for a cat that was never stray, she sure isn't picky when it comes to MY food...but her own? I tried getting her on a senior food when she turned ten and she made my life a living hell...then went over to the neighbor's and ate his cat's food anyway. After the vet told me there really wasn't that much difference, and she was of good weight and general good health, I just dropped it. Cat=1, me=o. Bratty ass cat!
