I skipped all of these despite being a fan of the originals. Any actually worth a look?

Staying Alive is a guilty pleasure of mine. The 1st half of 2010 is pretty decent, but the 2nd half gets a little boring.

I thought French Connection II and 2010 were pretty good and I actually think Hackman is even better in French Connection II than he was in the first film.

2010 was pretty good. Just don't go into it expecting something akin to the original.

2010 was fine. Took me forever to figure out that was Helen Mirren. I didn't know that was an avoided sequel. 2001 has no equal but 2010 lands where it tries most.

Rambo III is fun and Rocky V isn’t that bad.
If you also want to have some so-bad-it’s-goodness then I also voted for Supes 4, Jaws 4 and RoboCop 3.

Shame on you, brah. You should NEVER listen to what the idiots online tell you what to avoid. There is a lot of unwarranted hate and bandwagon riding by trolls and hipsters on the internet giving bad reputation to great films. There are some really good films on your list.
Watch these: Rambo III Rocky V The Karate Kid Part III Robocop 3 2010 Sin City: A Dame To Kill For
Shame on you for not having seen those top 3 already, seriously.

A Dame to Kill for is ok if you like Sin City. It’s not nearly as good but it’s in the ballpark and has obviously similar styles. I actually enjoy Rocky V. I’m in the minority there but I thought the story was interesting and the final fight was actually one of the better ones. I know if was a street fight but I think that helped honestly. The moment when Rocky hears Mick saying ‘Get up you bum. I didn’t hear no bell!’ Or something like that and his theme starts playing...gives me goosebumps man. Karate Kid 3 I always enjoyed because Sensei Creese? Returns...and I always thought the love interest was very cute.

Sin City: A Dame to Kill For is the least bad of these. If you want something godawful, try Exorcist 2 or Jaws: The Revenge.

Haven't seen them all, but there are some enjoyable watches on this list.
If I had to pick 2:
Rocky V - I'm with many posters above...I actually really liked this. Focusing more on story than the over-the-top elements of Rocky IV, if you like the character, there is a lot to enjoy here.
2010 - I don't get the flack this movie gets. 2001 was such an experience, that I don't think it could really be topped, but 2010 is a bold try.
Also good:
French Connection II - Same sentiments as for 2010. Also Hackman is awesome.
Rambo III - I'm a big fan of Stallone, not just as a muscleman, but as an actor/writer...so I find that typically there is something to be enjoyed in most of what he's involved with. A lot of the dramatic elements of "First Blood" are switched for action beats, but it isn't a bad movie at all...just kind of shifts the tone a bit. Like "Robocop 3," a once adult-based character is watered down a little bit in favor of action.
A Good Day to Die Hard - The story is a little unbelievable, but it's fun. As many have said, John McClane is far from the 'everyman hero' by now, but he still gets some good action/comedic moments. Jai Courtney does about as good as anyone could standing alongside such an icon. Much better than say something like Shia LeBeouf/Harrison Ford in Indy 4 for instance...though honestly, who except Sean Connery could fill that spot. Though a little all over the place, at the end of the day, I had fun with it.
Honorable mentions go to:
RoboCop 3 - It was pretty watered down and aimed more at younger fans (the action figure crowd). It's also unfortunate Peter Weller didn't return, but it is dumb fun. My memory may be a little rusty, but the quick death of an important character to the series sat a little weird with me...
Conan the Destroyer - Could be my age, but Arnold can do no wrong for me. I'm still waiting on the fabled "King Conan." And I wouldn't bother with the largely forgotten remake...
Superman IV - It's become such a legendary misstep, which is part of the fun in watching it. Not the whole thing, but much of it is 'so bad it's good' if you're into that experience.

Superman IV: A Quest for Peace A Good Day to Die Hard Jaws: The Revenge More American Graffiti
I remember liking 2010. It definitely was not a bad sequel, but it could use a re-watch.

Can't believe two people voted for Exorcist II, an absolute waste of time comprised of a mishmash of incoherent thoughts.

The French Connection II is a great, stone-cold follow up to the original & The Karate Kid Part 3 is a perfect unintentional comedy.

2010 - pretty decent.
The rest are only watchable for completists.

2010 - a more pedestrian but totally watchable sequel
Staying Alive - I’m one of the few who prefer it to the original
Karate Kid Part III - solid sequel
Rocky V - easily the worst of the series but it has enough moments to be worth watching
more American Grafiti - doesn’t feel remotely like the same world as the original but it’s pretty interesting in its own merits
