Penn State has 'campuses' all over Pennsylvania which pretty much everyone from community colleges transfer to
they're pretty much like CHI Institute, University of Phoenix, Strayer University now - all of these 'County Penn State campuses'.

I'm guessing it's not Swarthmore. Penn State's academic reputation is great; some of those Division III schools are University of Phoenix students' safety schools. |
