I've never seen it, but I almost want to vote for "Strip Nude For Your Killer" for the title alone.

I read the book the Stepford Wives as a time waster when I used to run a used bookstore.
It's not much of a book. The movie is better.
Ira Levin wrote both the Stepford Wives and Rosemary's Baby. Both have the same premise with a seemingly paranoid housewife uncovering a huge conspiracy against her. It must be a great premise because Ira struck gold both times.

I don't see Jaws as a horror genre. I voted for DEEP RED. I don't really either, but many people do. I vote for the movies in my poll I consider the best whether I consider them horror or not.

I don't really see Deep Red as horror either. More of a psychological thriller imo. With DEEP RED, I see it has more of an overt horror presentation, compared to a usual psycho thirller with plenty of horrific killings and I would say this would have also been Argento's intention to see it as horror as well. That was his fascination and it was I suppose stylish art house horror. Oh, I'm sure that was Argento's intention. It is borderline for me personally. Just because I don't think of something as horror, doesn't mean it isn't. Like with Jaws. We don't see it as horror but it usually is considered horror from what I have seen. The real question is, "Does Spielberg consider it horror?" It really isn't difficult to understand why many people consider it horror. Killer animal movies are often thought of as horror, the opening scene is straight up horror and so are a handful of other parts in the movie. I think of the first half as a horror movie and the second as an adventure/thriller.

Those 2 I see as more mystery/thrillers than straight up horror.
