I have subjected myself to entry-level biohacking! 
Today I had an RFID module implanted into my hand. This means a LOT to me as a trans-humanist. It also gives me bragging rights involving Deus Ex and Bioshock references.
This will also allow me to like... store my email address and keycards (so I can open a smartlock) inside my hand. Not super exciting to me, but the most important thing for me was the operation itself. I am happy to say my bucket list is a leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetle less crowded now.
The skin was locally numbed with rubbing alcohol and then the chip was implanted via an injector tube thingy. It hurt less than a blood sample. Some woman wanted to take a photo of me while I was getting done, I forgot to ask her to send me the photo but what're ya gonna do.
Several hours later I have an ever so slight throbbing pain. TMI for prudes: could masturbate at 90% capacity.
