There is inequality in the verifiable statistics (government again) in terms of 1. Workforce..such as numbers of female CEOs of major companies, specialist doctors, judges etc 2.Parliamentarians especially in the governing Liberal party and especially in current Cabinet 3. Levels of domestic violence against females by males. 4. Rape and sexual assault. 5.Male vs. effective paygap 6. Level of domestic chores performed by males v females in heterosexual households. 1) Irrelevant unless you can show the numbers are due to discrimination 2) Irrelevant unless you can show the numbers are due to discrimination 3) Not a gender issue. Females are more likely to instigate violence, also more likely to be the sole violent partner. Poor women are more likely to face violence than richer ones. 4) Criminal justice and education issues, how do you think you can get equality here? 5) Almost entirely down to female choices 6) Irrelevant unless you can show the numbers are due to discrimination You are incorrect on all counts. (I did not even mention criminal justice nor education levels. In criminal justice the system is weight in rape cases AGAINST the claimant) These are statements and opinions. You would have to prove each individually and refute my reputable sources. My article I posted from the government sources went a long way towards this. You? Zip.

Your second paragraph just proves this stupidity There can NEVER be equality goz, it is a delusion, like your warped feminist values. If we were all the same gender perhaps, and all had the same acumen and skills and talents etc and all had the same fiscal means.
Why is it so important to you that women get more CEO jobs. What is so special about the corporate world that you think can make a difference with women. This milieu is for self-serving, self-entitled and narcissistic sociopaths, even psychopathic personalities; snakes in suits. Is that then similar to feminism, is that why you feel it is so important?
Are you really so stupid that you don't understand the basic concept of 'equality' amongst human beings? Of course we are all different however we all deserve the same human rights, the same equality of opportunity WITHIN the range of our individual abilities. I can't believe you don't 'get' that! It is an end goal that we should ALL be striving for. Your second paragraph just proves this stupidity, and a rather idiotic personal opinion and mentality. It is all about embracing our individual abilities and choices. YOU may not want to be a corporate CEO butt others do, and it shouldn't matter if they are male or female. At the moment there is a preference for the appointment of males. It is unequal. There is no intrinsic reason why a woman should not be a CEO should she wish and have the skills, motivation and education. It may indeed be harder for her to have the experience because of this very problem of preference up the ranks of management for males. Could you be any more myopic? Yes, I know you are myopic and grasp at straws and strawmen to avoid the truth about what you think you represent as a feminist. What percentage worldwide of vocations\careers, does the corporate executive sector 'actually' represent in the larger scheme of ALL job roles performed worldwide? It would be a very small percentage.
This corporate arena does not equate to equality worldwide and regardless of gender, what difference do you feel it would make to women and their reputations overall? I'd say it would be more damaging than anything. And how many women compared to men, ARE interested in taking on these mentally and even physically stressful roles due to long hours and killer instinct CEO type of job roles?
If you want to see equality—it cannot work from narrow-sighted and selective feminist terms—and due to the differences in gender which CANNOT ever be escaped and across ALL vocational sectors, this is nothing but a pipe dream of yours twit.

There is bias and devious agenda in pretty much everything goz, especially from the disloyal government and its toxic tendrils which you hold so much blind faith in and they are only concerned with protecting the current status quo. You worship the establishment like it was a religion and they have got you suckered right in. Equality is on their nefarious terms, to confuse the stupid herd with its own veiled form of discrimination. That is why I give you no credibility, because you see it as a higher power outside of your own. When are you going to wake up?

You can't say a disparity in numbers is inequality if the reason for those numbers is not discrimination. You yourself linked to a list of which sex gets which PhD. Why would you suppose if the majority of people doing computer science are men, that you would get equal numbers of men and women employed in computer science. The criminal justice system is not weighted against anyone. People accused of rape get the same presumption of innocence as anyone else and claims of rape need evidence, as with any other crime. You might very well have stats but unless you have the reason behind them, they mean nothing. More women work in teaching and healthcare, are you going to say thats a problem? If so why?

Piss poor deflection from having to give stats in all categories to maintain any of your points. It isn't a deflection. Once again, I'm not saying the stats are wrong. I'm saying unless you know why they exist they don't mean anything. This isn't complicated Goz.

Except for the GAP pay for which I do believe if two people are doing the same job they should get the same pay regardless of gender (senerioty excluded). I understand your point. A higher percentage of men firefighters for exemple might simply mean that more men apply and not a lot of women.

A higher percentage of men firefighters for exemple might simply mean that more men apply and not a lot of women. The more free a society becomes, the great the gap between men and women in educational and career choices becomes. If left alone men ans women will choose different jobs. Disparities in numbers are actually the consequence of freedom, not discrimination in cases like this, where no structures exist to bar entry. The NBA is dominated by black men, I can see four possible reasons for this: 1) Black men are generally better at it 2) Black men are generally more interested in it 3) Sports are a more viable career for black men 4) The NBA hates white people The answer is a combination of the first two, with a bit of three thrown in. Now to try to change those numbers is utterly illiberal. There is no reason to do it. The only thing you need to look at is option 3, but this will affect so few people it won't change the numbers to any degree. This idea that we have to have equal outcomes in all fields is just utterly baffling to me.

What is needed is equal opportunity if qualified meaning if I have the qualifications / talent and I want to do it... I have equal acces to do it. I actually do agree that most men and and women left to their own devices outside of peer pressure would gravitate towards different things.

Island Murr gets it, why can't you? You fucking are! You have utterly failed to show that the stats you love are anything other than the result of free choice and Island doesn't agree with you. Facts: 1) As freedom increases the gap in choice between men and women increases. 2) All educational pathways are open to either sex 3) Men and women do not choose the same educational paths. Given this, on what basis do you expect equal outcomes in the workplace? You have every opportunity that I have.

Island Murr gets it, why can't you? Hmm I don't agree that statistiques matter actually, because statistiques show only what work people do, not the option of choice. Meaning it doesn't show how many women chose x job over y job it just says there are more men in y therefore no equality. The only way to judge choice would be a wide survey with pertinent questions as to choice of work.

Understanding both the stats AND the complicated circumstances and reasons for those stats, which are still evidencing a gender pay gap worldwide, and even in modern Western societies. I have already linked to the situation in my own country from a reliable source. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_pay_gapThis is a reasonable representation.

They are used as a guide and then get misappropriated as propaganda for self-serving and distorted means, especially by lying, bitter and shortsighted man-hating feminists such as yourself. It is an UNREASONABLE representation and you still can't define equality, only on your own biased, slanted and self-entitled means.

Government bodies do not publish incomplete, inadequate or biased statistics with explanation of them. It is your problem that you don't accept them.

It is your problem that you don't accept them. That is the point goz, they and you are not reliable enough to give out any advise and guess what, you don't know half as much as you think you do. You run around like a chuck with its head cut off and that is the intention. Because you are precious and weak, you allow yourself to get suckered in. The explanations are distorted and the care and concern is phony, devious and disloyal.
Now bow before the almighty male and be grateful and thankful for what he has done for you woman.
