Can't think of one that comes to mind. If that Joe Carter homerun happened in game 7 it would be part of baseball lore.

1970-71 Ashes. 4th test is rained out so we have our first ever 7 test series and the last game has everything. England captain leads his team off the field after some drunken goon dragged one of his players into the crowd. Fams litter the field with garbage. Play gets back under way and the player who was dragged into the crowd bowls England to their first series win over Australia in 15 years.

Two immediately come to mind as I was in attendance.
1) Washington Bullets/Seattle SuperSonics 1978 Game 7
2) Arizona Diamondbacks/New York Yankees 2001 World Series Game 7

2006 NLCS. The Endy Chavez catch.
1993 Patrick Division Finals. David Volek's OT winner caps off the Islanders stunning upset of the top-seeded, and absolutely loaded Penguins.

1960 WS....Bill Mazeroski homers in the 7th game, bottom of the 9th to lead the Pirates over the Yankees. After 58 years this one still hurts.

For me either the Jack Morris Twins game 7 (I think 1991) or the New York Rangers one. Is that the one where Messier guaranteed a victory?
