Yeah I love that story. It isn't often a crowd starts chanting something in favor of the visiting team. Great theater. Either a 'classy move' by Boston - or they just disdain L.A. so much or maybe a combination of both - it's one of the those moments in sports that makes you step back a bit and appreciate the beauty of the game even when 'your' team loses - like the 'handshake' in hockey when a team is bounced in the playoffs and the home crowd of the losing team still cheers wildly. |
