the 1980s is Classic TV by now. I just want to remember a girl who wrote to an "Evil Empire" and made a journey for peace. She would have gone far in television had not tragedy intervened. She's pretty in this Lime Street screenshot but her hairstyle - a mullet on a girl - hasn't proved as timeless. Remembering Samantha Reed Smith (Elizabeth Culver on Robert Wagner's "Lime Street").
