It's your post, but it's always annoying when somebody makes a point of saying what they don't like. Like it's just really important to you that we know you don't want to see Ant Man. Well congratulations. I for one think Ant Man could have some really cool stuff like more Michael Douglas flashbacks to the early days, and of course the possibility of rescuing Janet. I didn't do it to start discussions or something, I only put it like that to express that I'm more excited by the projects that I didn't list than I am for Ant-Man Well it comes off like you're saying "ANT MAN SUCKS!!!"

Well.. I don't like it, but it's kinda the only movie in that list that does not interest me at all. Does that make me a MCU hater?
PS: seeing your avatar I think it will be better to talk about Sergio Leone movies than argue about generic super-hero movies

That's pretty weird.

I'm excited for them to finally wrap up this Infinity Stone storyline. It's been a nice slow burn. I can't wait to see the end either, but I'm so glad they had the balls to build it up the way they did.

1) Defenders. 2) Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. 3) Infinity War. 4) Black Panther. 5) The Punisher. Though I'm looking forward to all of these projects, those are my top five. I kinda hope that, after the Defenders miniseries, the wider MCU begins referencing the events of the Netflix shows, or includes appearances from these heroes or characters. So many notable things are happening there -- I find it hard to believe no one in the MCU would be aware of it. I'm on the side that the movies don't need to reference it. As an example, you might go to a wedding, but it doesn't mean you're going to reference the bachelor party while you're there. Every story doesn't come up in conversation in the events of every movie. It's perfectly fine that the shows reference the larger events, but the films don't have to sit there an make mention of small events that have nothing to do with their narrative. I'm sure you can imagine that conversations are had off camera. It's not like we're following every second of their day. I agree with that, to an extent. By the time I finished the first season of Daredevil, I didn't think it was necessary for other shows or movies within the MCU to directly reference the events of the Netflix shows. Maybe it's still not necessary, but I always figured some events within these shows would draw the attention of at least SHIELD. Like Danny Rand coming 'back from the dead' after fifteen years seem like watercooler talk. But thinking about it now, it's a big universe consistently dealing with global threats and internal conflict, things like Danny Rand, Daredevil, Luke Cage, Kingpin, and the Hand probably escape their notice with everything they have to deal with.

It's not even that it escapes their notice. Tony was aware of Spiderman and I'd imagine he is likely aware of several of the others. It's that it isn't relevant to the events of a single movie. We aren't watching every single moment of their lives.

Too tough to choose just one. Black Panther and Captain Marvel have always been two of my favorite characters. Defenders is going to be a ton of fun, team ups always are. The Inhumans are also among my personal favorites, and while I agree a show suits them better than a film, I don't think ABC is the right fit. We'll have to wait and see. The Thor flicks are among the weakest entries in the MCU, but Ragnarok sounds nuts. I think it's going to be great. Ant-Man & the Wasp should be fun if it's even half as rewatchable as the first one. And if you're an MCU fan, who isn't excited about Guardians 2 or Infinity War? I'm surprisingly not as enthusiastic about Spider-Man as I thought I'd be. It looks like they've finally got him right, but for whatever reason I'm not as hyped about this flick as some of the other projects. You can choose 5 bro!!!! I left it so you could choose a bunch if you were excited for a lot of them.

I'm actually glad to see there are 35 people on the board at least.
