A Mulgrew penalty

Scotland doing OK. Lots of effort and some nice football but the penalty apart I can't remember a Scottish shot on goal. Keeper McGregor has been the Scots best performer. Nothing up front. Russell is a headless chicken and Naismith is a headless chicken with balls. I don't see McGregor nor McDonald as international class players. Armstrong and McTominay need to play. This Israeli team are nowhere near as good as Scotland are making them look.
Ignominious second half where Scotland went into a McLeish inspired squeaky bum mode and allowed the Israelis so many chances that you could see that they just had to take one of them.

Bring back Strachan, only this time keep him away from his "favourite assistants". They poured loads of sh!t into his ear last time

Scotland was lucky. It could have been 4/5-1 but for keeper McGregor. The Israelis were full of ambition and creativity while the Jocks were, for the most part, a collection of headless chickens. There were no players with the nous to create anything for a poor attacking force. Give McSh!te the benefit of the doubt. Our most creative midfielders, Armstrong and McTominay have not played much recently, but McDonald and McGregor? Really. They couldn't open a brothel with a line of horny men and a square mile of big tits.! McSh!te just does not have it in him to play exciting adventurous attacking football. Like his mentor Walter Smith, he hopes to score and then shut up shop.

Scotland needs a manager who was an attack-minded player in his day. Guys with "damage-limitation" attitudes are for the wannabe-losers
