Raiders of the Lost Ark Jaws E.T.
Bottom:
1941 - easily my least fave Spielberg film. A loud unfunny fiasco with little good to say about it.

Purely speaking from an enjoyment perspective (for example, Schindler's List is a great movie, but it is not an enjoyable one, so I didn't include it), this is my list:
Top 3:
Raiders of the Lost Ark Saving Private Ryan Jurassic Park
Bottom 3:
War Horse The Terminal Always (although to be fair I have very little recollection of it)

Top:
Raiders of the Lost Ark Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1941
Bottom:
Warhorse Lincoln The Terminal
I know a lot of folks dislike 1941 but it has a superior score, some absolutely hysterical scenes, and a superb cast. Plus, I'm a WW2 history buff so this just totally fits in with American paranoia on the west coast right after Pearl Harbor.
I also know that Lincoln seems to be almost universally lauded by the critics as a wonderful film, but I found it an absolute bore. I love history, but I don't think you could make a more boring film about Abraham Lincoln. The man had an extremely interesting and tremendous life and Spielberg chose to focus on the passage of the 13th Amendment. Not very well either if I may add.
