Denver the Last Dinosaur (1988)
I only remember this incredible catchy, upbeat-feel-good theme song/intro, but they did show a few episodes from this short-lived TV-series around 1990-91, and it does remind me a lot of (both the animation and music) of another very nostaglic kids show from the same time, Widget the World Watcher.
