people who sue for damn near any little thing got it coming if you ask me and are probably really greedy individuals etc.
the only way i would say it's legit to sue for something like that is if you got more long term damage or something along those lines. but just to be a little banged up even though you will fully recover (especially if you don't even need any legitimate hospital care) is pretty much BS to sue for that type of stuff.
