yes.

but the Celts have their # and have owned them for years. Horford plays Embiid perfectly.   they also play Simmons perfectly and completely sag off him on defense and just 'dare' him to shoot outside the paint - other teams have now been following suit.   there's pretty much only 2 options for Simmons at this point - try to drive the lane or distribute when your man is sagging off you - and you're already at a disadvantage because 'your' defender isn't necessarily concentrating on your shot.

Sixers have had a tough time over the years matching up against their guards/wings.

and stevens is a tremendous coach.

that being said - yes - I think they can beat them.   their starting 5 looks like it's starting to finally gel.   and shockingly - my jaw is dropping - they're getting bench contribution.    shockingly - Brett Brown does not look overmatched right now as he's making all the proper substitutions and dressing players - i.e. I was floored playing Monroe over Boban would have worked.

everything is clicking now - but it's early - I've seen some epic collapses in the 2nd half from this team - and it's only Game 3.      

I actually get this line of thinking if you're rooting for somebody completely 'new'.

I.e. a Denver vs. Milwaukee Final.
