His scene with the little girl in Con Air. Creepy af, and felt like it belonged in another (much better) movie.

"I'm not gonna debate you Jerry"
Really anything with Nucky Thompson or Carl Showalter.

His best work is in Boardwalk Empire but I like him in most stuff he's been in, even his Sandler stuff.

Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead
He's the soft-spoken hit-man named Mr. Shhh. Here he walks right into the lair of gang leader, Baby Sinister (Glenn Plummer) looking for his target, Earl Denton.

I am the Walrus?
He brought Donny, a probably intentionally vague character, in "The Big Lebowski" so much humanity amidst so much insanity. "The Big Lebowski" is one of my all time favorites, and a lot of that has to do with Buscemi as Donny. He was the ground wire to the weirdness of the main characters.
I love it when he goes all out. He steals the show in "Armageddon" for example.
"Boardwalk Empire" is also fantastic and definitely worth a watch.

That's what I was going to say. Another great one is "What do you need that for dude?" after The Dude says he needs his johnson.
