There'll Be Some Changes Made, but only for me.. Two nights ago I woke up having pains in my heart, call the ambulance, snuffed my nitroglycerine spray.. This time it was not fatal, or else I wouldn't have been able to write this.  It was just a minor concussion, I came home later same day, but anyway what concerns this board.. ..Doctors orders, lesser time in front of computer and more time smelling fresh air, and eat more tasteless but healthy food.. ..I sadly have to scale down on some of my activities here.. ..not all, so don't jump for joy! I still plan to do a few tributes because they can be re-used, but I have to scale down on birthdays, and I hope everyone understands. Love you all! |

All the best to you. Yeah, the Doc's right about the benefits of fresh air, walks out in the weather, and chowing down on a tasty tofu taco. I have been lucky, in part because of the gene pool I crawled out of, to have never had a serious life-threatening illness. But for the last 47 years I have also had a life partner who had made sure I got exercise, ate well, and curbed some bad habits. Still, I never take anything for granted. Anything can happen. While she was taking care of me, she developed a heart condition and some motion limitations that are no fault of hers. So, follow doctor's orders, keep a good attitude, and strengthen those personal relationships so we will be reading each other's threads and replies for a long, long time.

I'll miss your birthday threads sometimes reminding me of and sometimes introducing me to great actors/actresses.
Health and private life always come first.

Sorry to hear of your health problems, Tele.
Take care, follow your doctor's orders, eat healthy food, post when you are able to.
I've been spending less time at the computer, except for work, and I feel much better for it.
Staring at a computer screen for hours at a time is not a good thing for anyone.

awwww, teleadm, my intern buddy …. feel better soon and be sure to come and play with us a while on rainy days when you can't be outside all day snuffing up that fresh air stuff I've heard so much about. Hey... GOT AN IDEA ! maybe you can get a treadmill set up like this one  Now that would be cool ! Good news is that the doctor said less time . not no time !  |

Others have said everything so well, so I'll just tell you that you are wise to do everything you can to take care of yourself, teleadm. Post when you can, but know that even when you don't, you won't be forgotten. Wishing you the best of health from here on out!

petrolino , mikef6 , @juliekohler , bravomailer , hitchcockthelegend , mcavanaugh , mattgarth , BATouttaheck , delon , spiderwort Thank you all!!  eat what you like! since I don't like it myself LOL  Beyond these gates, a small town cinema, the first seed was born of a youngster who loved things that moved, my father took me there once and we watched some Disney Cavalvade, the building was later demolished to give place to a Bank Palace.  Röda Kvarn (the Red Mill or Moulin Rouge), this is the cinema I watched with my mother first full length movie Mary Poppins, later it would also be the first cinama I sneaked in underaged, Live and Let Die Thanks for watching!
