Sorry to hear about that, teleadm. As others have said, what's most important is that you take care of yourself first. You're are a large part of what makes this board so great, so any time you have to take off from visiting here is worth it if it means you're in better health. Thank you for being so nice/friendly and welcoming to me when I first started posting here. Your regular presence around here will be missed, but it'll make the times when you are able to visit here all the more special. Take care.

Thank you all for your wonderfull support!!! Both mentioned before and not mentioned, none is forgotten Took a long promenade today, seeing leaves changing colours, ate some meatballs, grilled food is good for the heart because it uses the natural fat I've been told. "I like spicy Asian food, can I still eat it?" "Yes, the hotter the better, what you sweat out when it's very hot, is only good" Forbidden: anything with cow milk, like pizza damn cheese, lime is forbidden, there went those drinks and sallads. Coconut, there went Bounty bars. Red Grapefruite, never cared for any kind of grapefruits anyway, Palms hearts, not sure what that is, and starfruits. Apparently they have enzyms that neutralises heart medicins. I've seen a lot of people using some kind of heavy blow advise collecting the dry leaves, but what do this actually solve that an old'-fashioned rate couldn't solve? And there is no APP that can do the actual work either, LOL. Again! Thank's so very much!! Some is mentioned but non is forgotten!

Hi teleadm. I have family members with similar diet restrictions due to medication. It's not great but there's a lot of creative cooking out there nowadays. Hopefully you can enjoy the food types still available to you in a variety of combinations.
Thanks for the picture.

There'll Be Some Changes Made, but only for me.. Two nights ago I woke up having pains in my heart, call the ambulance, snuffed my nitroglycerine spray.. This time it was not fatal, or else I wouldn't have been able to write this. It was just a minor concussion, I came home later same day, but anyway what concerns this board.. ..Doctors orders, lesser time in front of computer and more time smelling fresh air, and eat more tasteless but healthy food.. ..I sadly have to scale down on some of my activities here.. ..not all, so don't jump for joy! I still plan to do a few tributes because they can be re-used, but I have to scale down on birthdays, and I hope everyone understands. Love you all! Good health and good luck, sir
