I'll have to disagree. The Force Awakens had really good pacing. It needed a better third act.

They should have had a better villain.

Kylo Ren was great until he took the mask off. Going into the movie the first time he seemed like a great successor to Darth Vader. Once the mask was off, just an angry goth kid.
