Im liking the navy blue colour on his arms and legs. I really want to see that white spider emblem suit from the video game though.

Superior Spider-Man? I'm also hearing that this is a Miles Morales rip off? Where are people getting this? This is obviously a modernization of Ditko. I assumed it was Superior Spiderman (I also thought maybe Miles' too) because of the black. Now I've read that's not black in the set photo but navy blue. I honestly can't see navy blue I see black. I see the navy blue for sure. A lot of people are seeing black and I'm wondering if it's their monitors. It's subtle but, the blue is there. What it will be in the film is anyone's guess.

Jesus this is the comic book nerds version of the blue/white dress or yanny/laurel. I see black but people have been saying blue. I'm pretty decent with colors considering the art background but it could be monitor/light/resolution.

Highlight areas - right bicept Midtones - Abdomen Shadow area under left arm Some of the colors are definetly dark but out of nine random samples, I did not get a true black once.

Hmmm I wouldn't argue with photoshop. What I see/interpret from the shot is a black material that is very glossy. That glossy coating reflecting ambient/natural light. Any blue that can be discerned is from that glossy light reflecting the sky and other sources. The flip side is it's more matte than it looks (to me) and gives the illusion that it's black with glossy reflection with blue tints. In reality it's dark navy blue that's only slightly glossy. If you use the eye dropper on the black around his eyes. I assume we agree that should be black i get Highlights: Midtones: Shadows: now there was some weird pickups on the highlights granted. But you still get some blues and purples picked up in what is supposed to be black. That's not saying that refutes that the arms are blue. could be the small sample size of black to scan and fuck that 3rd highlight. It came from the light reflecting under the eye. I need to see more shots of it to be honest. I think my niece told me that Tom Holland was on Jimmy Kimmel in the new suit. That could help.

Fuck me. Hmmm. I'm leaning more toward REAL Dark Navy Blue with a greyish glossy sheen.

I think it's dark blue for sure (somewhere off the order of the suit below).

Eactly, and that will read as dark blue in daylight on film (that is not photographed by a mobile phone with agressive preprocessing).

Well, the "walking around" stuff has never been CGI. It's all the "swinging around" stuff that's CGI. So, yes AND no.
