Recorded in a church in Bulgaria. The video is from 1991 making it less likely to have been altered. Don’t know what to make of this one but it certainly is interesting.

What church is that? After all, if the video is real wouldn't that give a convincing answer to the question, "Which denomination of Christianity is the true one?"

That guy looks like every image of Jesus Christ ever made.
Now I very much doubt that a Jewish man living Judea is in anyway similar to the our modern interpretation of the man.
I say that the guy was there. But he wasn't Jesus Christ anymore than Jim Caviezel was Jesus Christ.

But if that really is Jesus that image looks the same to all who view it. Just to be clear I don't believe it is necessarily His physical form.

Why can’t Jesus appear to people in the image they perceive him? Ain't that convenient? Not that it matters but how do you know Jesus didn’t look like that when he walked the earth? The semitic look can be quite varied. I personally know Assyrian and Arab Christian people who could easily pass for Southern and Eastern European. It’s not that uncommon to see ones with fair skin or blonde hair and even colourful eyes.

It would appear so. But then there have been reports of Christ appearing in visions and dreams to Muslims, Jews, Hindus etc. Even atheists.

I don't. But there is no description of Jesus appearance in either the Gospels or the writing of St. Paul. I find it a little weird and convenient that would appear exactly how he has been portrayed in art. Also, Jesus wasn't an Arab. He was a Jew. In the early 2000s, a guy made a computer model of Jesus based on a body of a man living in Jesus time and place and this was the result:

Wait--why would anyone believe some random guy standing there is Jesus?

I worked with a talk radio host who looked pretty similar to that. He was a pretty crazy conservative who at one point screamed, on the air, that if you saw Haitian people landing on the beach (this was in South Florida during a time when we were getting a lot of "boat people") you should just shoot them.

Wait--why would anyone believe some random guy standing there is Jesus? Because that “random guy” wasn’t standing there during the live church service. It was only noticed after the pastor reviewed the tape of the recording.

But that’s based on the body of one person. Most Jews likely did look similar to that, in terms of complexion and facial features, but that doesn’t mean every Jew of the time looked the same or similar to each other. Like I said, I know Assyrian and Arab Christians(two Semitic groups) and the majority of them look kinda like the person in that image. But I’ve also seen quite a few fair skinned ones, with brown/blonde hair and colourful eyes. Some could even pass for Russians. And these people are very tribal and traditional with very little intermarriage.

So why wouldn't you just think it's a ghost or something? Because it’s in a church, where people are praising and worshipping Christ. An image of how most western people perceive him to look suddenly appears and you expect people to assume it’s just Casper the friendly ghost?!
