Worked for Cat Stevens.... Well yeah, except for the fact that Sinead O'Connor has often in the past, looked down on the Catholic Church, thinking of it as misogynistic, etc. Remember the famous ripping up of the Pope's picture, back in the early 90s...? She would find Islam far, far more restricting for women than Catholicism (or even Christianity in general) ever could be.

I suspect that her shaved head is getting cold old and with grey stubble and she wants to cover it.

Not a surprise. She’s a liberal and a feminist. I read somewhere recently that 62% of British converts to Islam are women which I find astonishing.
[Muhammad said]: O womenfolk, you should give charity and ask much forgiveness for I saw you in bulk amongst the dwellers of Hell. A wise lady among them said: Why is it, Messenger of Allah, that our folk is in bulk in Hell? Upon this the Holy Prophet observed: You curse too much and are ungrateful to your spouses. I have seen none lacking in common sense and failing in religion but (at the same time) robbing the wisdom of the wise, besides you. Upon this the woman remarked: What is wrong with our common sense and with religion? He (the Holy Prophet) observed: Your lack of common sense (can be well judged from the fact) that the evidence of two women is equal to one man, that is a proof of the lack of common sense.
The Prophet (the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Isn’t the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said: "Yes." He said: "This is because of the deficiency of her mind."
☝️ Looks like one of the few times Muhammad actually had a point.

Not a surprise. She’s a liberal and a feminist. She's not. She's a theist and has mental health issues. Of course, there are posters on this board who don't let facts get in the way of their judgment. My guess: Sinead O'Connor won't be a Muslima for ever.

☝️ Looks like one of the few times Muhammad actually had a point. As I keep saying, Christian conservative idiots like you have way more in common with Muslim idiots than you typically care to admit. This is a rare case where you seem to have finally recognized your shared misogyny.

I didn't know she was a Christian Of course she was!!! She was from Ireland. The 'white' in the flag symbolized Catholicism in Ireland, while the 'orange' symbolized Protestantism.

Well, I mean I don't know if she was baptized by choice. I know Catholics are baptized at birth making them Christian by default according to their beliefs.

Same with all other religions, including Christianity. The child would be raised in the religion of the parents regardless of if they were baptized. Does the church forbid kids from going to church that haven't been baptized? If not then Christianity has always been based on a choice. Judaism did not have a baptism requirement and circumcision is not what made one a religious Jew.

I'm sure she was raised Catholic, but I don't think she was ever particularly religious or even really identify as a Christian for that matter.
