Fight Club's final shot was always a fav of mine. The final shot is great (along with the playing of the Pixies song) .
And The Dark Knight's final shot is just iconic.

I dont want to spoil the movies for anyone so I wont post the actual shot but for me its
The Graduate. / one of the BEST final scenes AND shot I can recall.
And recently Paul Danos Wildlife mad a big impression on me with its last shot. Which Dano said he planned to have as the final shot from the very first time he started writing the script for the movie. I can see why he would chose that. Its minimalistic but very powerful. Kudos to the actors in it though. Three amazing performers.
