Goldeneye will always have me referring him to as OO6. One does not simply make this thread without mention of his performance in The Lord of The Rings, either. Pretty solid actor, even if some of his choices aren't always the best.

You've already mentioned my two favourite performances of his. Up until The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001), I was used to him playing bad guys...but then his performance as Boromir showed he was capable of playing a good guy just as well. For me personally, his performance in this movie is my #1 favourite (it's also my favourite movie ever).
