Sox are running out of pitchers. Only Pomeranz and the utterly worthless Heath Hembree left. Unless Chris Sale can go out there. hoping Cora doesn't send out Eovaldi. He's the man and I'd feel good that the Sox could win tomorrow. Can't understand why Hembree is on the roster and Brian "You Shook Me All Night Long" Johnson was left off.
Barring something silly, the Dodgers are in a damn good spot to win this.

On to the 11th....I swear if Sox don't score here, bring in Pomeranze, let the Dodgers win, and let's beat up on Rich Hill tomorrow.
Btw, did Ian Kinsler have the worst trip around the bases in baseball history? He was actually picked off first, should have been thrown out at third, and gets thrown out at home. Nice!

I know we all have to drool over Mookie Betts, but has anyone else noticed that he is hitting .230 with absolutely no power this whole postseason?
Btw, I think Cora would be making a HUGE mistake if he brings Eovaldi in this game. We're up 2-0, this game is not life or death.
Hembree in, that's better.

Mookie has been doing his best Ted Williams postseason impression. He actually has never his a postseason HR. 82 plate appearances going into tonight.
Eovaldi will come in. Who's pitching tomorrow, Jim Lonborg?

So I guess this means we get the always shaky Chris Sale tomorrow. He'll only be able to go 4 innings, we'll burn more bullpen tomorrow, and everybody will be gassed by Game 5. I think this game has been horribly mismanaged and the Sox may pay dearly. Of course, if we can just score a run. Btw, Christian Vazquez has NEVER played first base before, and here he is in Game 3 of the World Series....wow....

With a lead, will his defensive liabilities hurt in the bottom of the inning.
The Sox hold the lead, they can run Drew Pomeranz out there tomorrow.

If they finish this off, I'd start Eduardo tomorrow, he only faced one batter tonight. Save Chris Sale for Game 5. At this point in time, everything Cora does works so I'm gonna have to stop questioning things, even though they don't seem to make sense.

almost 2am on the east coast well done MLB No kidding. I love baseball to death, but this game is getting close to the 6 hour mark, with more delays and pitching changes coming. Kind of wish the Dodgers would just end this. But on to the 14th....

gotta say it's nice to see the L.A. crowd standing on their feet in the 14th.
I remember when the 2008-2011 Phils faced them in the playoffs a couple of times and I was rather appalled at how dead the crowd was
kind of like Atlanta at times over the years with the Braves

Even the corpse of Larry King still appears to be awake behind home plate. Btw, the Dodgers have had a LOT of guys on first base tonight with no one out, and we haven't seen one bunt. Not even an attempt. I get it though, why bunt when you have launch angle to worry about. I mean, it's not like you're down two games in the World Series or anything.
