This might be a dumb question but was there incest going on between Bev and her dad?

It’s strongly hinted at but not blatantly stated.

He was physically abusive in the book, but I don't think he was sexually abusive. It did seem to be implied in the movie.

It seems all the adults commit incest or similar in that movie, between her dad, the fat mom, and the creepy pharmacist.

I think so.
He's very touchy-feely. I think that's why Bev cut her hair, to make herself less attractive to dad. I also think he was seconds away from pinning her on the floor and molesting her full throttle before he 'died'.
I liked the running theme of abuse. Their vulnerability as victims is probably what made them targets in the first place. If fear is what attracts It, half its work is already done.
I never saw the older Tim Curry 'It" or read the book though.

Was he also killed?

Hinted at. If I remeber correctly, it's even more implied in the book

Was he also killed? Killed or incapacitated. I suddenly can't remember. Whoops.

OK let's discuss this. First of all were they really gazebos (Which made me chuckle when he said that) or was that bully bitch just messing with him? I knew she was going to write something mean on his cast. And what is a "Munchausen syndrome vibe?"

Munchausen Syndrome is where people either pretend to be sick or make themselves sick for attention. It's a mental disorder. In every case I looked at, it was a mother keeping their child sick.
Whether they were really gazebos is anybody's guess. I thought the person at the drugstore was messing with him until he flipped at his mom. It's possible that mama's just really inarticulate in her defense, but her reaction spoke volumes. She looked to me like a caught woman, confronted by her son. She didn't chuckle at gazebos because she knows what he means. I think she's busted. If they are placebos, it means she's lying to her son about being sick to keep him under control.

This might be a dumb question but was there incest going on between Bev and her dad? Might be? It was obvious and yet it wasn't. We didn't see him even feel her up. I think it's up to the viewer to decide.

Thanks for that. And I just remembered another line she says that shows she is lying. Where she tells him not to roll around in the grass because he might be allergic to it.

I highly doubt it. I guess her father was not only abusive, but he was also a pedophile, which only demeans Bev.
