What films seem to you to be often forgotten when certain genres, directors etc are discussed or listed
The Dead Zone seems has become the forgotten Stephen King adaptation and Cronenberg film.

I always thought "Chicken Run" should've stood the test of time better for a kids/family movie.

Martin Scorcese's career is peppered with movies like that! King of Comedy, After Hours, Color of Money, Age of Innocence, even Gangs of New York (nowadays) are all overlooked. I'll even go as far as to say that as much as I loved The Departed its not his best movie (That might be Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, or Good Fellas). |
