Ultimately it doesn't matter. If you're in the playoff you're going to have to face Bama sooner or later, so who cares if you're 3 or 4? LSU will lose to Bama this week and be out of the hunt, anyway.

I'd love it, though it wouldn't keep Bama out of the playoff. Still, LSU's upset of #1 Florida back in '97 is what made me an LSU fan in the first place. The moment that really stands out to me about that game is the student in the stands that looked at the camera, waggled his tongue and grabbed his crotch as it panned by the front row. Probably the funniest thing I've ever seen on live tv. |
