I think famous people are too busy doing one of two things: Doing whatever it is they're famous for, or enjoying life. If I were famous that's what I would do. I'm working on it... so maybe one day I'll ignore you guys! LOL!

No. However, I've noticed that these days, the bar for being "famous" has never been lower. So you can never be sure. Yeah, people that post on youtube should not be "famous" or considered legitimate "celebrities".

I remember I watched a video where Shia LaBeouf admitted posting or lurking on IMDb.

I am not aware of anyone "Famous" Per SE, but... Roberta Olden, who was Ginger Rogers' personal assistant during the last 18 years of Ginger's life, used to post on Ginger Rogers' IMDb Message Board. Roberta has appeared in a few documentaries, and has her own IMDb page too... www.imdb.com/name/nm3414319/Recently she appeared on "The Antiques Roadshow" with a Transforming Chair/Ladder that once belonged to Ginger. Sadly, I don't think she made the transition here, when IMDb shut down their message boards...

Supposedly Vince Gilligan and Chris Carter used to browse the IMDB/message boards in the later years of The X-Files. Towards the end of the show, the intro sequences contained the usernames of those registered on the official X-Files forum.
Gilligan has stated that he reads online chat about Breaking Bad, so I'd say there's a decent chance he's browsed at least the episodic reviews for Breaking Bad, and maybe the message board.

The mother of that jailbait-looking girl (Sarah Hyland) from “Modern Family” used to post on her daughter’s message board.
