Because it’s an over-asked question that fosters the exact type of bland discussion present in this thread. But, in the full spirit of tedious repetition, how about, all of them? Hee hee hee... That’s a ridiculous answer to a sensible question. But, in the full spirit of ridiculous answers, I think the second sentence (heeheehee-less) proves that it’s Lord Death Man who secretly hates the MCU with all his might. Aha! My word, Sherlock @forceghostackbar , we’ve found the malefactor: LDM is the secret DCEU-loving traitor within the MCU-worshippers’ midst! Roast me to your heart’s content but, this thread might as well be called “which MCU movie has the weakest villain?” You get the exact same conversational mileage.

A person called "Lord Death Man" probably won't taste good roasted. Nor would someone called Ghost Ackbar. Salzmank though... that's close enough to salmon...

There is a high liklehood of choking and subsequent Death.

You know, change my answer to this. I liked it but there was something mean spirited about it that bugged the hell out of me. There was a bunch of things different with GOTG2 that made it such an odd duck among the MCU. For one, it's the only movie I recall where they gratuitously milked the cuteness of a character (baby Groot) as if it was a Pixar movie. And while all MCU movies have a good dose of humor, GOTG2 was the only movie that had an abundance of mean humor (Mostly from Drax and a few from Rocket), slapstick and crass humor (turd and nipple jokes), and cartoony instances (Drax getting dragged behind the spaceship with zero injury, the Ravagers getting bounced up and down, GOTG's faces getting toonified as they jumped in space, etc.). That's a solid explanation of GotG2. I liked it when I first saw it for all the reasons you mentioned, but on more than one viewing you see that it's just odd, silly, immature, and disappointing compared to the first. And because of that the emotional beats in the story just don't land.

The most overrated for me:
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 - Same reasons as skaathar. Poor or immature humor, cartoonish, silly.
Captain America: Civil War - While I would consider the airport scenes some of the best comic book movie scenes of all time, I find the rest of the film uninteresting and don't often re-watch it. I just didn't buy that Steve Rogers and Tony Stark would've gone into such a full-on war with each other. It caused too much emotional, and literal, damage. And there is no way Tony wouldn't understand Steve's defense of Bucky. Tony would fully defend Rhodey if the situation had been reversed.
Ant-Man and the Wasp - I should say that I really enjoyed this movie. It's an absolutely hilarious Paul Rudd comedy. I was expecting Jason Segel to appear at any moment and reveal that the film was actually 'I Love You, Ant-Man'. But as a superhero film and a sequel to the delightful, pleasantly enjoyable original? Not so much. It seemed like it was filmed in the way a Judd Apatow movie is filmed. Multiple takes with improvisation. They let Paul Rudd go a little too Paul Rudd. It made me realize how many of Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish's fingerprints must have been left on the first movie.
I would mention Avengers: Age of Ultron for it's cliche "AI wants to kill humanity to save humanity" nonsense, along with the "Hangin' with Hawkeye" wtf-ness, AND the whole situation feeling like it had enormous stakes only for them to kill off a random new character that nobody seemed to care about anyways, but I guess that movie isn't that highly regarded in the first place.

Maybe Spider-man Homecoming. I like it but I don't know why some consider it the best Spider-man movie, it ain't nearly as good as Spider-man 2. nobody ever said it was.
that was the media and disney pr machine hyping another generic mcu movie with little substance.

Justice League. Why didn’t ior man show up???!1!1?
But in all seriousness, Homecoming. Vulture was the only thing that kept me interested, everything else was painfully mediocre

The worst thing about Homecoming for me is I didn't like it despite the fact I think it put its best foot forward. It is what it is. I don't really have any feedback, anything I would change or do differently. I think Tom Holland does an excellent job as Spiderman. I feel like it's a good movie that just failed to get me. A different generation's Spiderman movie, maybe.
Although Into The Spiderverse looks pretty awesome.

Black Panther. I still like it, but it's not really in my top 10 MCU

I'm going to say Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
It's good, but it's not that good.

The correct answer is Black Panther. I mean it is up for best picture for Christ's sake. Sure, it is not a bad movie, but it is not even a top five MCU movie nor the best MCU movie to come out this year.

Why didn't you list Black Panther?
IMO it is both the most over rated AND the most deserving. Both at once.
