Why did they have to give Vulture a mask? He'd look better without it. Plus why hide a great actor like Keaton when you don't have to? Not a big fan of the design.

And I'm admittedly nitpicking here... I'd just prefer to have Keaton unmasked like the comic book version. i imagine he'll unmask himself at key moments to trade banter with Spidey

As the real Bruce Wayne, caught in some dimensional warp and stuck with amnesia!!!!!1

In that one scene where he's driving a car and looking over his shoulder to threaten someone, I think that's supposed to be Spidey. So Pete is obviously going to see his face at some point.

What about my Bruce Wayne idea?! He'll always be Batman to me.

I liked this 2nd trailer a lot more than I did the first one. The first trailer I wasn't a fan of the opening bank robber scene where he beats them up. It just looked really bad to me and when Spidey caught the guys punch and just like tossed him seemed pretty weak. I hope they at least cut the scene off before he quickly webs him up or something because if we're supposed to believe that knocked him out, please. I liked RDJ's parts in the 1st trailer and had me hyped he was in it. The rest was just like "ok sure, still wanna see it but I'm not more hyped to see it than before"
In this trailer it got me a little more hyped as I'm now getting a bit of what the plot of the movie is going to be. We still don't know exactly what Vulture's entire plan is so that's at least kept secret which I like. I liked Ned a lot more in this trailer than previously. The boat scene I think it likely in the 2nd act of the film and the 3rd is Peter defying Tony and going out to save the day in his old suit. I'm not a big fan of seeing Peter back in that old suit just because he looks so awesome in the Spider-Man suit they gave him. However the line exchange between Peter and Tony had me all into it.
Peter: "I'm nothing without this suit!" Tony: "If you're nothing without this suit then you shouldn't have it"
That right there to me is the best part of either trailer.
My only one complaint I have with it is that we're once again getting an unmasked Spider-Man. Spider-Man 1 his mask got blown up by Goblin, SM2 we had the entire train car see who he was, SM3 I only saw once but I think had it at the end in his fight with Venom/Sandman. Then ASM1 had it with Captain Stacy and ASM2 I believe he took it off when he fought Harry. So yeah, once again it's as if Spider-Man's secret identity isn't all that much of a priority. It's just a minor complaint though. This movie looks great.

So it seems Peter will lose his mask during his Vulture battle(s), does that mean Vulture is a goner by the end?

If Vulture lives and doesn't end up in prison at the end, that may necessitate Aunt May and whoever Pete's love interested is being protected by The Avengers (Tony, a crippled Rhody, and Tony's depressed robot son).
