Doubt it. Stan Lee's cameos are only about 10 seconds long and have minimal effect on the plot. They'll be fine.

After The Avengers it became more a completist thing than actual fun.
At least he made it to the end of this Avengers era. He's all but guaranteed to cameo in part 4.

A cameo has no affect on the quality of a movie. It can be a nice touch. Like Chuck Norris showing up in Dodgeball, which has aged better than Lance Armstrong's cameo.
