I have to admit, I'm very glad we don't have those^ snakes in Norway.

I can relate to being accident-prone. Sometimes I feel like a magnet for accidents just waiting to happen. I've fallen off a few roofs, too. The highest roof I fell off of was our barn roof, but thankfully there was snow on the ground at the time, so I didn't hurt myself too bad. A couple of days ago I was just going to kill a fly, but put a little too much force into my swing and put my hand straight through my window, breaking it. I got a couple of scrapes on my hand, but, more annoyingly, the damn fly got away. 

Generally I try to avoid killing even the tiniest of insects/animals, but stinging/biting flies, ticks and mosquitos are a different matter. In the last few years (due to the climate getting warmer) there's a type of fly called deer ked (Lipoptena cervi) that has invaded the southeast of Norway. Autumn used to be my favourite season, and I loved going for walks in the woods at that time of year, but since the deer ked invasion (they start swarming at the end of the summer and it lasts until the frost sets in) it's just too unpleasant to go for a woodsy autumn walk. They're not really dangerous (to humans), but they're just such a pest. They crawl all over you and hide in your hair, and if they bite you the bite can itch for up to a year afterwards. Ugh. I hate them. They're also one of the most icky-looking flies I know of. I found one in my hair yesterday. I felt in desperate need of a shower afterwards.

I didn't know Australia had black panthers. They're gorgeous animals, but yeah, seeing one in your backyard would be quite the shock. We 'only' have bears and wolves and the likes here in Norway. Out of all of our predators, the wolf is probably the most feared and hated (unreasonably so, in my opinion). The wolf is an endangered species here, yet the government allows hunting them. Wolves are a touchy subject here, the country's basically divided in half, one half hates them and wants them all dead and gone, and the other half wants a sustainable wolf population.

Yes, I heard the good news about Tom Welling and Erica Durance being in the new Arrowverse crossover event. I haven't watched the last couple of crossover events, but I might just have to watch this one. 

I thought it was funny how Legends of Tomorrow explained how they skipped the crossover last year, and then how that came back to bite them in the ass this year.
