I'm sure when they were planning Spider-Man, Feige was like "I know, let's rip off the legendary Batman Forever!" LOLOLOL Well, after BvS was announced, Feige suddenly decided to rip off BvS by making Captain America 3 into Iron Man vs Captain America. So it wouldn't be surprising at all that Feige is trying to rip off Batman Forever, especially since Marvel and Stan Lee have a long history of ripping off DC.
1960 - DC creates the Justice League and the Justice League title is the highest-selling comic. So Marvel decides they need a superhero team too so Stan Lee creates his first superhero team, the Fantastic Four. Most of Marvel's characters are rip-offs of DC's characters. Black Widow is a rip-off of Black Canary. Hawkeye is a rip-off of Green Arrow. Quicksilver is a rip-off of the Flash. Thanos is a rip-off of Darkseid. Deadpool is a direct rip-off of Deathstroke. Even their real names are similar. Deathstroke is Slade Wilson and Deadpool is Wade Wilson.
