Daniel Davis (Niles the butler in The Nanny and holographic projection of Prof. Moriarty for Data's Sherlock Holmes "games" in ST:TNG).
In fact, Charles Schaughnessy (a Brit) was suggested to take accent lessons from Davis to perfect his British accent when Davis is from Missouri!
