This game is so spicy. Should have played it in Mexico.
A torn up field would have been perfect for these two teams.

he just heaved it up and threw it right to the Rams guys twice at the end His arm was hit on the 1st one. That's why that pass fell short.

Kind of a dud finish with Mahomes just airing it out for wherever and it's picked off. Fantastic game if you love offense. Defensive loving fans probably hated it for the NBAish scoring. I wouldn't say I'm "defensive loving" I just don't like the way that defense is going to be played going forward and how this is likely the blueprint of it. The all or nothing style where you get either a sack or a turnover otherwise you're getting scored on. It's like watching two people playing Madden. Who enjoys watching 2 people playing Madden? I enjoyed the Packers/Rams game a HELL of a lot more than what I saw of this one. The Packers lost and I still enjoyed it more. Not a shit ton of tacky penalties (barely any for that matter) and defenders were allowed to make plays and defend their receivers. It was a close drama filled game and it's wasn't this arcade level style that I personally just am not a fan of. If that's what people are into then by all means enjoy. For me it's sadly the future of the NFL.

Yeah, the penalties were getting a little tiresome after about 2 qrts in this game but it's amazing they were able to put up over 100 pts with THAT many flags being thrown. There had to have been at least 140 yards worth of penalties in this game.

When I first tuned into the game I saw like 4 straight plays get flagged and it was just gross. I then saw a stat come up and it said the Chiefs had like 9 for 90 yards. This was in the first fucking half. I'd be shocked if the total for both teams didn't equal 200 yards.

Welcome to the new era of the NFL, which began last season with these Rams. That was easily the game of the decade & will go down as a game of the century. As a Patriots fan, it's comforting to know their dynasty will probably mellow down, & yet with these Madden teams stealing spotlight & entertaining, it won't feel like a car crash.

Holy shit, that was the best game of the season. Both offenses were phenomenal, Goff slightly outplayed Mahomes and the Rams defense made more plays and as a result the Rams won. Mahomes has somewhat of a turnover problem IMO, he just heaved it up and threw it right to the Rams guys twice at the end, heβs been fantastic other than the picks though. Both of these teams are Super Bowl contenders, but both of their defenses could use improvement, the Rams have more talent on defense than the Chiefs though. Yeah, this wasn't the greatest game of all time, but definitely the game of the year, not sure how it can be topped. You may have a point about Mahomes, he's a gifted player and DID throw 6 touchdowns, but he did look pretty shaky late. Made his worst throws on his last couple of drives. He also got hit more tonight than he's had in previous games. There might be a correlation there.
