Doug Walker, ol’ debbil @weirdraptor’s favorite guy, hates most these, but his reviews of them have made me interested in seeing at least one…
Which ones do you like?

1. The Langoliers 2. The Stand 3. Salem's Lot (1979)
The Langoliers is by far my favorite. Some people are turned off by the low-budget special effects, but I found the movie absolutely riveting.

Bag of Bones was filmed here where I live, I remember the news spread fast, but I never saw any filming or anything.

Wow, I posted this a while ago. After seeing a few of the older ones, I’d vote for Storm of the Century.

Salem's Lot - both are decent. The original is even considered a classic.
It - it's campy, but I think the good outweighs the bad. I still prefer Tim Curry and some of the kids in this over the remake's.
The Shining - if you're interested in a more faithful adaptation of the book, there's this. The FX are garbage, though.
Bag of Bones - completely forgettable.

Salem's Lot the first is great. They did change a lot from the book though.

I pick The Langoliers because its the only one that I have seen and actor Bronson Pinchot is the reason why I saw that one, I love him SO much!!!
God bless you and him always!!!
