It does look promising and the CGI definitely improved.

Only one movie has been shot full IMAX, so hopefully we go 2 for 2 with this one. Pretty soon everyone will be doing it. |

with all that underwater creature action Aqua looks like a hilariously silly film.
Anyway, they seem to do sth right - commercially the presales look good so far.
The bubble continues craving for fresh material to exist.

I'm really surprised by how much I'm liking everything I'm seeing for this.
I never cared about Aquaman. He was also forgettable in the movie but this looks like a really fun colourful epic. Kinda like Thor Ragnarok in a way but without the humour so much.
Is the entire movie set before Justice League then?

I too am surprised by how much I want to see this. Aquaman was never my favorite either. But this does look good. Hope it measures up to expectations.

This is starting to look really promising. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the best DC movie since TDK trilogy. Marvel-wise, I expect it to be at least as good as Dr Strange or Thor.

What will let it down, will be Momoa's poor acting chops. In spite of that, it looks quite awesome and it would be nice to see it succeed. DC need a hit as Marvel is blitzing them. Thank you, i thought i was the only one that thinks Momoa is a shitty actor. I never liked him in anything, actually it's a little more: i can't stand seeing him in movies |

He was certainly no Arnie in the Conan remake and he was flat and insipid in Justice League, but then again, so was that whole movie. Those are bad movies , but then again i love Game Of Thrones and hated every single scene with him in it |
