Ugh. Irish need to buckle down and focus. They're bigger, faster, and stronger.

Florida State inks its least memorable season of my fandom. New coach tomorrow would be nice. Tonight would be okay too.
F'n Michigan, the world is better without the Scukeyes enjoying things.
I don't see how Alabama loses to anyone. They probably won't even trail in a playoff game.

who you got winning games I think Michigan. and Notre Dame both may lose. I think Georgia should be on upset alert as well *I will be doing a thread for the college football playoff games on December 29th. and the College Football Playoff National Championship Games on January 7th. looking for folks to help contribute to the threads night of the game if you are interested "PM Me" I will tag you the night of the games I hope your first 2 predictions are correct but michigan is the best of a crappy conference and since notre is pandered too shamelessly and gets to avoid playing in a conference Championship, usc will be the last of a season of cupcakes served on a platter to them. Look for both teams post season game to be losses unless they play each other. And while the north avenue trade school has the best rushing offense in college football AND I believe they would have a shot at an upset over notre or michigan they will not win in a shootout with Georgia. I'm more concerned about their use of the cut block which is not only proof the ncaa doesn't care about player safety but a serious threat to further hamper the Dawg's already depleted offensive line. No predictions about how bama will do? I had a chilly damp day in Athens but what a great game. Go DAWGS!!!!!!!! Shutting down the highly prolific north avenue trade school's high powered rushing game was a wonder to behold. Also 2 out of 3 of my predictions being correct wasn't too bad. The big is apparently even shittier than I thought. I'm still saying (with apologies to Colden who is quite a swell guy) that Notre will get eliminated in their playoff game and it won't be pretty. Regardless of how the SEC Championship plays out, bama will be in playoffs and will be served Notre in round 1. Meanwhile my Dawgs will have to run the gauntlet of beating bama twice and Clemson once if we are to hoist a Natty trophy this season. Has any team ever had a tougher road to a Championship? I'll just be happy if Georgia can do what no other team has done this season and win next week and then see what happens. But for this day and every day It's Great to Be a Georgia Bulldog. Now feel free to bring the vitriol froggy. Looks like no bowl for tennessee. The good news is they now have plenty of time for volunteer work during the holidays. ![](https://s26.postimg.cc/tek3suwt5/laugh.gif) Get it? It's like a pun bro.

Dude, congrats. But more importantly: are you watching this fucking LSU game?! We're heading into the sixth overtime! 120+ points!!!!! That's insane. Here comes OT 7 What a game! Holy crap. As for your predictions about the Irish: 12-0 is not nothing, and Kelly's done it twice in six years -- again, without ever playing a single FCS team. So they've earned the right to go and give it a try, and I'm proud of them. But having said all of that, I share your reservations about how well they will fare against Clemson or 'Bama. I also strongly suspect either Okahoma or Ohio State will jump them at #3 and they'll get knocked back to fourth and fed to the Tide. But we'll see what happens; it pretty much all comes down to your Dawgs next week, as most of the rest is a foregone conclusion, with the arguable exception of the Big 12 title. You think they can beat the Tide?

But we'll see what happens; it pretty much all comes down to your Dawgs next week, as most of the rest is a foregone conclusion, with the arguable exception of the Big 12 title. You think they can beat the Tide? The way the committee manipulates the pairings is bullshit. 12-0 is definitely an impressive feat and ND fans should be proud. No way when the schedule was set could they know several perennial contenders (fsu, usc stanford) would have down seasons. I do wish they would join a conference tho as we have discussed before. I think some obvious changes are everyone must be in a conference, NO ONE can play a fcs school and either eliminate Conference Championship games or make it mean something i.e. a team has to win conference Championship to go to playoffs. Being punished for being in Conference Champ and losing OR being rewarded for not going to a Championship is bullshit. Bama and ohio st have taken advantage of avoiding Champ games and too often a team will go into a Conference champ game with one or even no loss but lose that game and their "reward" is a mediocre bowl. Auburn last year is a good example. But we have beat this dead horse before and both agree the current system needs some tweaks. For the big question. Yes I think Georgia has a chance to beat bama. I would LOVE a week off but what team wouldn't benefit from that? Youth aside (UGA has 75% sophomores and freshman) the only position bama has a distinct advantage is defensive line. Although Georgia looked great against the best rushing offense in college football on saturday, we have not been consistent rushing the passer and bama has a hell of a passer who is a hell of a runner. Georgia can beat bama but they will have to play very disciplined and the refs will have to call an unbiased game. I know that might smack of conspiracy or homerism but the bamas and the ohio states sure do get a lot of favorable and downright bullshit calls in their favor. The question I hope to be asked this time next week is can Georgia beat bama twice in a season. Then I REALLY hope that question is moot on Sunday because bama has been left out of the playoffs. Of course I think we all know that scenario won't happen even if the Dawgs beat bama by 5 touchdowns. How awesome would a rematch of 1980 be my friend? Dawgs vs Dame for the Title. We came within 8 yards of seeing it in 2012 and the same team is standing between us again.

Just because I want to see an extended playoff instead of the same teams every year? You must like eating a Ham & Cheese sandwich everyday for lunch.
