Only if I just cleaned the shower, to admire my handy-work. Otherwise, hell no. I don't even want to think about the mold, hair, grim, dirt, soap scum or any other type of scum that's usually in there.

I never understood that fear. What would one be checking for?
If someone broke in they wouldn't hide in the tub.

Even though it seems to be a large and expensive bathroom I am not at all comfortable with it. The bathroom seat feels disgustingly positioned or it's just that I am not used to such big bathrooms.
On the topic - Last 3 houses that I have lived in didn't have showers with curtains. I may look behind if I happen to be in a shower that has curtain and if I recently saw Psycho!

My mind is sometimes (increasingly often) very slow to react on certain things. If you say things of a particular kind then I may first give a blank look and then remember in a while. My reflexes are sometimes slow. Not on all kinds of topics but on certain topics.
That said I am a big movie fan but it is only pre 70s movies that I consider myself mad about even if I recognize that later decades have produced many great films too. For whatever reasons that I don't know, the movies after 60s or 70s do not provide the same value to me as classic movies do.

I have a ridiculous habit of checking the closets in my apartment before I go to sleep. I don't actually think someone is in there. It's just an absurd superstitious habit that I can't break.
