Oh wow, a call-out thread. Nice to know I missed this yesterday. Maybe I didn't make myself perfectly clear. I like both First Class and Black Panther, but Black Panther is FAR superior in my books. Maybe you can't deal with the fact that others don't share the same opinions for your precious X-Men franchise, a franchise which I love some installments (Logan, Deadpool, DOFP) and ones that don't (XO: Wolverine, Apocalypse). And a lot of people share the same opinions as me (box office, better audience reviews, etc). If you have a problem with us thinking the MCU is superior to FoX-Men, then I can't help you. if black panther is superior you would give reasons like I did....real reasons. since you cant. it is inferior. here let me help you.
first class has superior visual effects.
LOL...I love how mcu fans are using words ...nouns but they can turn it to verbs.
they say black panther is superior and they cant explain why. those that say first class is superior can more than explain why. what a joke.
Except just about everyone has given you reasons, BUT.. you just keep dismissing them because as someone else said, you can't stand the fact that others don't share the same opinion as you.

I’m sorry, but ‘First Class’ has superior visual effects?! Yeah, that that CGI during the end fight of ‘Black Panther’ leaves quite a bit to be desired, but the rest of the film has good-to-great CGI overall, making it more likely that the film ran out of its budget because the director got too carried away of bringing Wakanda to the big screen. ‘X-Men: First Class’ has cheap-looking CGI throughout the entire film, so that one has no excuse. Also, for what is worth, ‘Black Panther’ has MUCH better production values than ‘X-Men: First Class’ in terms of costumes, makeup, set design, and so on. On the other hand, the entire production values of ‘X-Men: First Class’ look rather cheap throughout the entire film. first class had superior cgi effects. best way to see it is the lack of criticism. no one had trouble or complained about the cgi in first class. infact the magneto submarine scene is comic classic and that is cgi.
Also technicality is secondary though still important. FC is better alone for the fact that it had a superior screenplay and story telling.its a more compelling film with deeper themes.
Poor mcu fans.... this is what happens when you cant race bait your way to say a movie is good.

I did not dismiss anything, all I did was show how FC is better by taking a story or a moment further. make it more compelling.
though I think the fault lies here with Disney since they can only do basic things as admitted by them.

Ok. I'll give you one of my reasons. Black Panther has superior visual effects and cinematography. Nothing in FC is as visually stunning and vibrant as these: you dont know what cinematography is. Also this is a total joke. you take something mcu is usually bad at and say it is good. please MCU is known for their bad cinematography , their movies look like cartoons they are too bright and super colorful. that is bad.
FC had superior cinematography. this is an example.
See the color grading? you can mistake first class for road to perdition...another comic film that is grounded.
LOL...hey. watch this video. it explains why mcu has bad cinematography.

You asked for reasons why BP was better, I gave you a reason. Not my problem if you're too biased to acknowledge it. BP has better visuals and cinematography than FC. Deal with it. I could easily give you more reasons but why bother when it's clear you're only trolling and are not interested in a decent discussion.

Umm... where were you when people were trashing that CGI in submarine crash scene? Also, just because a scene is a comic classic doesn’t mean that it’s guaranteed that it will work in the film. Case in point, Gwen Stacey(?)’s death. And when did I ever rely on race baiting here?

Wow. I remember the first clip looking incredibly cheap either due to lame CGI or some other reasons. Seriously, you just got your own foot bitten by a rattlesnake.

There it is. You asked for reasons, they give them to you, but then you dismiss them and continue to complain that no one is giving you reasons why BP is superior. Honestly, why do you allow this, Hauntedknight87

I do not think that Black Panther is the BEST SUPERHERO MOVIE OF ALL TIME.I don’t. That is my opinion ... an opinion that is not supported by the facts ... as indicated by one of our esteemed colleagues. Those IMDb ratings are invalid since they're skewed to favor SMH, GotG2, and Logan. The RT list of 50 best superhero movies of all time isn't skewed and has Wonder Woman Black Panther #1. So yes, Wonder Woman Black Panther is the best superhero movie of all time and is better than every other superhero movie and that cannot even be debated.* 50 Best Superhero Movies of All TimeI have reconciled with this disconnect between my opinion and the facts. I can live with it. This thread is six pages long and the OP still can’t come to terms with it. XM1C is a fine superhero movie, I think most MCU fans will agree (silly mutant powers aside, I agree). Be happy with that. As far as it besting BP, it doesn’t ... and “that cannot even be debated”. If the OP has a problem with that sentiment, take it up with the author, after he returns from the time-out chair. * updated for accuracy.
