As stated, which studio consistently has the best costumes? Why do you think so?

1. DCEU.
2. X-Men
3. MCU ( Way too cartoonish and childish looking for live action)

I like the rich and unique textures and materials of the DCEU outfits.
MCU seems to use a lot more fabric, and FOX-Men looks like it uses... leftover halloween crap?

I have issues with a lot of the costumes in all 3 of these franchises. However, MCU has done the best job so far. Most MCU costumes are closer to comics accurate and feel more like superheroes. The best costume in the DCEU is Wonder Woman but it is too metallic and has too many accessories. The Superman costume is pretty good but the blue is too muted and the costume is a little too thick and he should have the red trunks. The Batman, Flash, and Cyborg costumes are awful. Can Affleck even lift his arms with all those fake muscles built into his suit? I'm looking forward to the classic orange and green Aquaman costume. Most of the X-Men costumes are horrible. Thick, tight, and very restrictive black motorcycle suits are not superhero costumes.
EDIT - Deadpool's costume is good.

DC always had the best costumes.

DC and Marvel costumes feel like they lept off the pages of a comic book. Maybe DC a little more. Though I wish Superman's cape was a little shorter. The thing drags when he walks. It should be a cape, not a robe.
Fox-Men costumes are lazy afterthoughts. It's almost like the filmmakers are ashamed and embarrassed of having to use them at all (they admit as much in the films) and only do so because the feel forced to. They're generic and cheap with little thought or effort to make them unique or memorable.

MCU, but that and the DCEU are almost tied for having the most accuracy to their comic counterparts.

MCU and DCEU are almost tied, but I'd give MCU a slight edge. Foxverse are just incredibly lazy and boring.

I would like to add a positive word for the Harley Quinn costume. I almost completely forgot about Suicide Squad there for a moment.

For the amount of movies that they have I'd say the DCEU.
They don't have as many good looking costumes as the MCU yet because they only have a quarter of the movies but they've almost all looked very good.
Superman Batman Batman's Armoured Costume Wonder Woman Deadshot Flash Aquamans Orange Costume Black Manta Shazam
All look good. Even Joker and Harley Quinn in that brief flashback with the classic costumes looked good.

MCU. The DCEU is a real mixed bag. I liked Wonder Woman, Batffleck, and how Aquaman seems to look in the final trailer. It has good ideas for costume design but often the colors are too muted or in the case of SS, too grungy, or in the case of JL, they're too bulky. Stylistically, the XMEN films don't seem like they cannot make up their minds at all.

1. DC 2. Marvel 3. Fox
That being said the majority of each studios characters have medoicre to average costumes with 1 or 2 really nice ones.
DCs Batman costumes are usually always solid but the rest are meh. Marvels ironman in the early phases has a great realistic armour suit. The other Avenger costume design are forgetable with exception of Vision. And Magneto for Fox usually gets the best costume, especially in Apocalypse. Mistique and Beast in the original trilogy are also very detailed with impressive make up effects. But Storm, Rogue, Jean costumes are bland and Icemans lack of iceform is concerning.

MCU, they look like they leaped off the pages of the comic books.

For me, the Fox-men costumes end up in a clear bottom place. They never really figured out how to keep up with the times.
DCEU and MCU are pretty close. DC has higher quality costumes. Better texture, better materials and an overall more polished/expensive look. But MCU costumes have far more attention to detail. More moving parts, more accessories, more complex design and details in the costume. They also include more wear and tear in their looks, with scratches and dents seen in most of their costumes.
I might give the DCEU a slight edge but only because they have fewer bland costumes.

1. DCEU. 2. X-Men 3. MCU ( Way too cartoonish and childish looking for live action)How so? And shouldn't comic adaptations kinda strive to resemble their source material? BTW, did you ever get around to seeing KaptainKristian's video on the importance of the X-Men's colorful comic attire and how the movies have done a disservice to their source material by just having them in all black?

DC has different type of heroes many are demigods from different worlds like so their costumes will vary unlike xmen that is more of a team I compare to SWAT or a catholic school , where they dress the same.
Also dceu their colors are tone down. not as cartoonish looking as mcu,
